We act in the interests of a wide spectrum of clients, including individuals, partnerships, companies, directors, trustees in bankruptcy and supervisors of voluntary arrangements.
In addition we have particular expertise in advising our government clients in matters which range from fraud investigations to complex cross-border insolvency matters including request for recovery cases under the EU Council Directive of Mutual Assistance.
Our Expertise
- Provide experienced advice to Creditors on insolvency procedures, their rights against insolvent companies (including attending creditor meetings), considering the terms of voluntary arrangement proposals and retention of title matters. We also attending court and negotiating on behalf of creditors in a range of matters including contested applications to Set Aside Statutory Demands, time to pay proposals, effects/impacts of Administration Orders, Interim Orders and appointment of Receivers.
- We provide advice on all aspects of bankruptcies and individual voluntary arrangements to trustees, supervisors and to debtors. We also provide advice to companies and directors in relation to insolvency issues including director’s duties.
